Pamela Sovich - East Branch Manager

I have worked with Pam Sovich for 2 ½ years as her Regional Manager and she has proven to be an excellent manager of one of Berkshire Hathaway Homeservice The Preferred Realty’s largest branch offices. She works extremely hard at not only recruiting, training and coaching her agents to grow her business but also does whatever it takes to manage and maintain her office. Pam exhibits a great deal of compassion towards her agents in whatever needs they have. Her passion for the business and her office is obvious. Having managed real estate offices for over 20 years I can honestly say that Pam is one of the best managers that I have had the privilege of working with.

I love working for Pam and the East Office because as a new Agent I feel i have been provided with enough information to become successful in the Real Estate Business. Pam is flexible and friendly, and is always available when I need her!
