I have worked with Pam Sovich for 2 ½ years as her Regional Manager and she has proven to be an excellent manager of one of Berkshire Hathaway Homeservice The Preferred Realty’s largest branch offices. She works extremely hard at not only recruiting, training and coaching her agents to grow her business but also does whatever it takes to manage and maintain her office. Pam exhibits a great deal of compassion towards her agents in whatever needs they have. Her passion for the business and her office is obvious. Having managed real estate offices for over 20 years I can honestly say that Pam is one of the best managers that I have had the privilege of working with.

I love working for Pam and the East Office because as a new Agent I feel i have been provided with enough information to become successful in the Real Estate Business. Pam is flexible and friendly, and is always available when I need her!

I love working for Pam. She's there for us every step of the way and keeps us upbeat and motivated. I can always reach her at any time for assistance. She's the best!

As a new agent and not sure of where to go to work, my decision was clear and easy from the moment I first stepped into BHHS. Immediately I knew it was the right place for me as it felt like family and the surroundings of a comfortable home. Still learning the ways of a Realtor, I never ashamed to ask for help or seek advice from Pam. She's always available and has helped me close deals by intervening with her experience.

"Pam is an outstanding example of how all bosses and managers should act in the work place in any profession. Not only is she very helpful to each and every one of her agents, and extremely knowledgeable, but she is a great person to be around because she helps make the work environment more like a community of friends. I have been recruited by basically every company out there, but I know that no other company out there can offer a manager as helpful and as laid back as Pam. And this attitude of helpfulness and the family atmosphere prevails from ownership to all of the employees. I enjoy working with the people in our office and couldn't imagine working anywhere else."

Even though I am only a part time agent, Pam and all of the people at the East office have given me all the help I've needed. They have always taken the time to answer any and all questions that I've had. It's been a great learning environment and I look forward to my future with Berkshire Hathwaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty.

"When it's fun to go to work and love the person you work for and the people you work with what could be better??

Pam is an amazing manager to have at our office. I can go to her anytime with any question and she always makes time for me. She always makes time for each and everyone of us in the office. I would not ask for another manager, Pam is great!

Thank you for all of your support and help as I stumble along in the learning process of real estate - You are the best!
